What we collect
Information you give us. Our enquiry forms ask for your name, phone number, email address and a short description of what you want to build. You choose what to send us; a name and a phone number are the only fields we require, because without them we cannot call you back.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages people read and how they arrived. That records things like approximate location, device type, referring site and pages viewed. It does not tell us who you are.
We do not collect payment details on this website, and we do not ask for identity documents, financial records or any other sensitive information through it.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To send you information you asked for — quotes, plans, timelines or project references.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful, so we can improve them.
We do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked to hear from us.
WhatsApp enquiries
Submitting an enquiry form opens WhatsApp with a pre-written message to our business number. You send that message yourself, and the conversation that follows lives in WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy. We treat those chats the same way we treat any other enquiry.
Where your information goes
Enquiries are stored in our own secured database and a copy is emailed to our business inbox so the team sees it immediately. Access is limited to Ciara Homes staff who need it to respond to you.
We use a small number of service providers to run this website — website hosting, our database, email delivery and website analytics. They process information on our instructions only.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with other builders, brokers or lead-buying services. We will only disclose it where the law requires it.

How long we keep it
